Covid-19 Information

if you have a trip planned with us or if you are thinking of booking a trip.

Since the Covid-19 virus has reached many countries around the world, we know that travel restrictions, especially outside the Schengen area or EU, are not easy.

That is why for now, we are focusing on offering you experiences especially in the Pyrenees (Spain, France and Andorra), Alps and Lofoten Islands in Norway.

In some countries PCR tests are required to enter or there may be some other kind of restrictions, we know that we can offer our services, as long as these conditions are maintained.

Norway has entry restrictions right now but according to their opening plan at the end of June they should reopen with some kind of PCR testing and they hope to be back to normal opening by the end of July.
So we are therefore encouraged to sell from the 1st of August this Lofoten Islands destination with the Summer programs and as well we have open de Lofoten Winter 2022 bookings.

On our side, you will have to travel with the rules established in the countries you are traveling to and with the necessary tests requested, such as PCR tests.

In Andorra, the country keeps its borders open and the situation is quite good and they expect a normal summer.
In Spain, the state of alarm will be lifted on 9 May and everything should be back to a more normal live, as in France, where from May 3rd the confinement will be lifted and even do it will be necessary to enter with PCR for the moment, there will be no restrictions on mountain activities.

However, we are aware that this situation can change quickly.

For this reason we advise our clients, both for the purchase of their plane ticket and for their trip, to take out a travel cancellation insurance where Covid-19 is accepted.
In our case we work with Intermundial and offer the Ski Aventura with Trip Cancellation insurance or the Multiasistencia with Trip Cancellation insurance.
The reasons for cancellation include Covid-19, if you were positive for Covid-19 with PCR before travelling.

We will also refund the booking, with confirmed bookings, if the destination is not viable due to restrictions at that time that the travel needs to be done.

Our team and collaborators will follow all the health recommendations regarding Covid-19, adapting to the requirements of the evolution of the pandemic.
