Our Lodges

Our Lodges are, for us, the neuralgic point from where we carry out all the outings and activities. Both Lodges are placed in Henningsvaer and both where old fishing old houses that have been renew and combines tradition as modernism in a few very comfortable ambiences.
Both Lodges are thought and designed to offer you the best experiences in Lofoten for the travels that we offer you.

Lodge 1, which has 2 separate lounges, is the base camp for our Exclusive Programme. The main lounge, located at the high part of the house, to enjoy the best possible views and a good aperitif while our Chef prepares us incredible dinners. The second one is in the lower part of the house, with a play area where you will find a ping-pong table, TV and reading area.

How could it be otherwise in a housing Nordic, the lodge offers a Sauna for the days in which we arrived with cold and we look forward to warm comfortless up. We also have a dryer for clothes and ski material and a space to prepare your skis.
The Lodge has 5 rooms and 4 full bathrooms.

Lodge 2 is the accommodation we offer in our Classic Programme and in our summer programmes in Lofoten. It consists of a main house with 4 rooms : 3 double rooms and 1 twin room and 2 bathrooms, plus a traditional cabin with two rooms: 1 double and 1 twin in the attic with a bathroom. This magnificent Lodge is situated just by the sea, a very typical construction of the area. The house has a living room with fireplace and TV to relax as well as several spaces and corners for reading it has a large kitchen where breakfast and dinners will be served. On the ground floor there is also a second kitchen-dining space with a large oven. On this floor there is also space to leave the material and dry it, as well as a Sauna with direct access to the sea, in case you want to jump to this cold water from the North Sea.

At the Lodges we have kayaks available for the customers.

Why don’t enjoy one day of sea kayaking after skiing?
Henningsvaer is one of the most charming villages in Lofoten with several unique canals and islands linked with bridges, which makes kayaking on this sea above the Arctic Circle a unique experience.

Do you want to test equipment?
We have a small collection of Kastle skis that we can lend if necessary or if you feel like testing material. We also have security equipment for customers who need to rent it.

Do not worry about how to move around the island during your stay to do the activities that we propose. In our programs all the transfers are included.
